The concept of academic integrity is widely discussed among professionals, academy staff, students and employers. It has proved to be a cornerstone for a high quality of education gathering not only faculty staff, putting together and supporting ideas and strategies, but also practitioners in business and beyond. Academic integrity concept is especially crucial for those developing countries that struggle to reform outdated systems of management and improve economical achievements. It also goes far beyond University level – integrity in education supports transparency and trust in governance. Strengthening Academic Integrity in Ukraine Project (administered by the American Councils for International Education) as the project supported by the US Embassy is a first attempt on Post-Soviet Union Countries area to set a discussion on issues of quality of education, trust and partnership between faculty and students, communication between academy and business. Ukrainian experience of strengthening AI, developing policies and implementing enforcements has become a unique effort that illustrates how academic culture can be transformed on the basics of integrity, and stakeholders as key players during the process.
